EWC Nursery Ministry
Our qualified and Safe Care trained nursery volunteer workers will care for your children while you enjoy the adult worship gathering. We love to teach kids about God's love through singing, activities, lessons, videos, playing and modeling love.
Our Butterflies Room (for kids aged birth - 2 years) is equipped with age appropriate toys, a sanitary diaper changing area and everything needed to give the best care to your child.
Our Bullfrogs Room (for kids ages 3 & 4) is set up with active play in mind, and is where children are introduced to the Word of God through the use of activities and songs suitable for their understanding. Each lesson teaches basic Biblical Principles and children are given the opportunity to experience group cooperation through playtime. A mid-morning snack is also served.
We have a user and volunteer staffed nursery at EWC. Parents with kids in the nursery on a regular basis as well as many other volunteers all undergo Safe Care Training, Nursery Ministry Training and serve in the nursery during one slot per month. Pastor Kathy will speak with parents about this once you've become a regular part of EWC and will give you all of the information you need about serving in our Nursery Ministry at that time.
